Admission Requirements

Must be female and at least 18 years old.

  • Completely abstain from all drugs, alcohol, and mind/mood altering substances.

  • Recently completed an inpatient addiction treatment program or equivalent.

  • Attend 12 Step meetings regularly and be actively working her recovery.

  • Able to live independently with minimal supervision.

  • Want to live in community with others and seek accountability. 

  • Have a desire to adhere to house rules and display integrity and respect for others.

  • Be able to pay the program fees.

 

Bed Availability

It is our desire to be a resource to as many women as possible, but a single home can only hold so many people at a time. Whether on a waitlist or not, Love Wins will conduct an interview with interested candidates. If waitlisted, any candidate will be informed as soon as a bed becomes available.

 

Intake Cost & Program Fees

One Time Deposit $250

Program Fees $100/week

Upon an offer of residency at Love Wins, a non-refundable deposit, first week’s program fees, and processing fee are due in the amount of $250. If not received by the anticipated move-in date, the resident’s spot will be forfeited and given to the next person waiting to move in. 

From there, program costs are $100 per week, which can be made in weekly or monthly increments and must be made in advance of the week or month start date. 

Additionally, fees to cover the cost of specific toxicology screenings, and fines issued for failing to adhere to the behavioral standards of the home are implemented as needed.  Payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit card or money order.

 

Substance Screenings

Upon arrival for an intake interview, a potential resident should expect to have a breathalyzer and drug screen urinalysis administered. Both screens must be passed in order to continue with the process. Love Wins Recovery has a strict Zero Tolerance policy for all drug, alcohol, and substance use. 

Length of Stay

It’s entirely up to you! As long as you are in good standing in all aspects of the home and your recovery, you can live at Love Wins Recovery as long as you like.

 

Personal Belongings and Supplies

  • Bedding: All bedding will be supplied by Love Wins Recovery. No bedding of any kind may be brought into the home unless it is brought to the home by the resident on move in day brand new condition in unopened store packaging. 

  • Clothing: All clothing brought into the home must be laundered by a public/commercial laundromat immediately before move in. All clothing must be brought to the residence in this condition in a clear plastic bag, and will be inspected at move in. Clothes that do not meet the criteria will not be allowed to enter the home. 

  • Food: Love Wins Recovery does not supply food for residents aside from coffee, creamer, sugar, some spices, and condiments. Residents purchase their own groceries and will be given a designated place to keep them. 

  • Toiletries: Residents are not permitted to bring any products that contain alcohol into the home. This includes medicine, soaps, cleaners, mouthwash, etc.

  • Prescriptions and OTC Medicines: All prescription medications must be brought in their original containers with legible prescription information on it. Over the counter (OTC) meds must also come in the original packaging. Both prescription and OTC medications must be declared at time of move in.  

 

An Overview of the Rules

  • Keep the safety, security, and sobriety of yourself and others as a top priority at all times; not doing anything to compromise the health or well-being of others.

  • Respect the property and confidentiality of others, inside and outside of the home.

  • Refrain from violent, aggressive, or threatening behavior. It is not tolerated.

  • Pay program fees on time, including any weekly fines.

  • Attend required number of recovery meetings and house meeting each week.

  • Be gainfully employed or seeking employment (consideration given to schooling).

  • Complete the minimum number of service hours required each month.

  • Agree to toxicology screenings and breathalyzers at any time.

  • Allow belongings and bedrooms to be searched at any time.

  • Store medications in proper form and take only in the privacy of your bedroom.

  • Refrain from bringing any products containing alcohol into the home.

  • Do not possess or bring in any illegal drugs or medicines on the prohibited list.

  • Adhere to the house rules for curfews, overnights, quiet hours, and visitors.

  • Behave/participate in a way that is conducive to recovery and positive growth.

  • Respect yourself and others. This includes the dress code, speech, and behavior. 

  • Respect the regulations for both the common areas and personal spaces. 

  • Complete chores and laundry within the required time limits each week.

  • Be a good neighbor and have a positive impact on the community.

  • Keep vehicles in good standing and in working order.

  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and kindly with others.

  • Believe that you are worth your recovery, believe that you can continue growing into the person you were created to be, and trust the process.
